Nice quick hose disconnect

Tried all the others, but these far outperform all of them. Brass and USA made. Costs more, but worth every penny. And always have the Dramm rubber washers to use for replacement. Must have a dozen.

Have tried MANY brass hose connectors/disconnectors over the years from big box stores and all were made in China. They either failed within a season or two, were difficult to connect and/or disconnect or leaked. FINALLY found ones that work from Dramm. Excellent made in USA quality at reasonable cost. Even 'she who must be obeyed' loves them..!

This is the only readily available high-flow disconnect. The all brass construction should last a lifetime. Without the internal auto shut-off pop valve, you get high volume and full pressure flow. If a shut-off at the terminal is needed, this can be used together with a Dramm shut-off valve. Yes, it is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is not the cheap stuff in big-boxes that last maybe 5 years under a southern sun if you are lucky; this is a lifetime investment.

So much better then plastic, drip free, easy to install and use.
