Surround W. P. is made from 95% kaolin clay, a naturally occurring mineral. When applied to fruit trees, crops, and other plants, it forms a white film. Surround suppresses a wide range of pests, especially those which damage fruit crops including pears, apples, grapes, berries, and some vegetables. It can be applied up to the day of harvest and is easily rubbed off when the fruit or produce is ready to eat. Surround can help control pests such as pear psylla, cutworms, pear midge, pear slug, apple sucker, climbing cutworm, eastern tent caterpillar, gypsy moth, Japanese beetle, June beetle, grasshoppers, green fruit worm, leafrollers, lygus bug, mormon cricket, cicada, stink bug, tarnished plant bug, thrips, fabria leafspot, apple maggot, codling moth, plum curculio, rose chafer, aphids, naval orangeworm, husk fly, blueberry maggot, blackberry psyllid, flea beetles, orchards, grape leaf skeletonizer, bean leaf beetle, mexican bean beetle, powdery mildew, cucumber beetle, boll weevil, armyworm, black vine weevil, and fruit flies.
This test was easy and convenient. The results came back quickly. I found out I was very low in nitrogen. Glad I found that out before I planted tomatoes and peppers.
My neighbor saw how great my fabric was instead of the stuff from big box stores. He wanted me to order for him and that is this order. He is excited to get it in.

Just what I would expect for cardboard beer boxes. Get the job done. Will buy again.
We've used these 6" pots two years to pot bare=root seedlings to give to school children. They work great for that purpose. Easy to transport. Allow seedlings to bud out before taking to schools. Easy to explain to kids how to plant the trees/shrubs without having to remove them from the pots. Smaller pots don't provide enough room inside to contain the roots of the seedlings.
These work GREAT in holding down your weed fabric! Easy to install and I’ve even used these in the garden to secure plant trellis strings.
Have ordered custom shade cloth from Growers Solution in the past and have been satisfied both times. I would order again.
Sturdy enough to be able to cut in half, to use 25 cells at a time, which is easier to handle.
I've used both ground covers and have been very satisfied with the performance of both. It's important to cut any folage as low as possible or and left over stumps or hard stems or roots. I use 30% vinegar on the area also. You will have some weeds appear at anchors. The vinegar will take careof that.
