hormidin2
Hormodin contains IBA(indole-3 butyric acid), a rooting hormone, used to improve root formation on cuttings during plant propagation. For stronger rootings of cuttings, buy Hormodin today!
The most popular #2 (this product) blend works best for propagating woody or semi-woody cuttings, moderately difficult-to-root cuttings. Ideal for hardwood cuttings (roses, wisteria, forsythia, most evergreens, arborvitaes, common junipers, and much more) and semi-woody cuttings (dogwoods, redbuds, willows, boxwoods, and much more). 'Woody' cuttings are taken from hardwoods during the dormant months.
The cuttings are taken after it has gone dormant, treated, propagated, and then allowed to callous over the winter. Once the growth starts flushing out in the Spring, it starts putting out roots from the callouses. 'Semi-Woody' cuttings are taken in the Spring from softwood cuttings that have actually hardened off when you try to snap a twig that doesn't bend but snaps cleanly. It is the best rooting hormone not only for roses but all cuttings. Just dip and stick.
Absolutely perfect
I am getting same results with it as root one from Walmart. 99+% Just dipping dry stem to depth planted in jiffy peat pellets and almost 100% every time. Leave the top on your trays for 2 weeks under regular daylight flouresant shop lights just high enough that heat doesn't build up inside enough to wilt them. If they get to warm and wilt just spray them with water bottle and raise lights a few inches at a time. You will be a master propagator in no time this way.
Great product for the price. Good quality and will last a few years. The best place I've found to buy pots.
This test was easy and convenient. The results came back quickly. I found out I was very low in nitrogen. Glad I found that out before I planted tomatoes and peppers.
My neighbor saw how great my fabric was instead of the stuff from big box stores. He wanted me to order for him and that is this order. He is excited to get it in.
Work great for what we needed. Nice quality trays!
Just what I would expect for cardboard beer boxes. Get the job done. Will buy again.
We've used these 6" pots two years to pot bare=root seedlings to give to school children. They work great for that purpose. Easy to transport. Allow seedlings to bud out before taking to schools. Easy to explain to kids how to plant the trees/shrubs without having to remove them from the pots. Smaller pots don't provide enough room inside to contain the roots of the seedlings.
They look great
These work GREAT in holding down your weed fabric! Easy to install and I’ve even used these in the garden to secure plant trellis strings.
Have ordered custom shade cloth from Growers Solution in the past and have been satisfied both times. I would order again.
Sturdy enough to be able to cut in half, to use 25 cells at a time, which is easier to handle.
I've used both ground covers and have been very satisfied with the performance of both. It's important to cut any folage as low as possible or and left over stumps or hard stems or roots. I use 30% vinegar on the area also. You will have some weeds appear at anchors. The vinegar will take careof that.
Good product. I will buy more.
