Agritape Control Units

The AT-1 and the AT-Jr are types of Control Units available for all 120 Volt AC service.

• AT-1 - For up to 20 AMP service. Unit has multiple receptacles and a dial. Adjusting thermostat with a 5 ft. lead. The unit has a heater "on light" and will control up to 120 ft. of 11 in. tape. The AT-1 will control up to 120 feet of Agritape on a 20-amp service line. An adjustable thermostat has a bulb sensor with a 3-foot lead and an 8-foot cord. A light indicates when the heaters are on. There is a ground wire to connect to the screen that will provide system ground. Four receptacles are provided to plug in heaters. More can be added by using a 20-amp rated plug-in multi-outlet (not provided). An attractive brushed aluminum finish and quality components assure years of service.
• AT-Jr - Will control up to 80 ft of 11 in. tape or 8 ft. - 10 ft. Agritape Mats. 1600 watts, 13 AMP rated. The AT-JR is designed for smaller systems and will control up to 80 mfeet of Agritape. The controller is 13-amp rated and has two receptacles. The thermostat and box are the same high quality as AT-1. The cord is 2 1/2 feet long.

Grounding Screen - Un-coated aluminum mesh screen is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-foot widths. A wider screen spanning several side-by-side tapes makes a better work surface than several 1-foot tapes. One ground connection will suffice for the screen. A ground screen is necessary for a safe installation.

Agritape Heaters - We stock standard lengths of 10, 12, 16, 20, and 25 feet. Custom lengths can be ordered in any length up to 25 feet. Prepackaged kits consisting of heater and screen are available in 4-foot and 10-foot lengths. These are "Agritape Heat Mat Kits."
